The thing about both gardening and writing is that when doing them, one isn’t doing other things, like blogging.

A happy spring combination — perennial candytuft (Iberis sempervirens), flowering currant (Ribes sanguineum) and pasque flower or meadow anemone (Pulsatilla vulgaris)
And the effect is beautiful. Sometimes i’s worth not blogging for a while.

Thank God for gardening and writing, that’s all I can say. They keep me sane, anyway!

Lovely spring flowers, Audrey. I’m still waiting for the rain to let up a bit so I can get outside. Your garden gives me hope that spring is on its way. 🙂

Spring seems to be unfolding slowly this year, which is just fine with me. More time to get things done and appreciate every new bloom.

It is slow this year! It will be a total pleasure when it finally arrives. 😀
