Gorgeous. I love the saturated color of poppies. I was thrilled to find bright red poppies lining the country roads of Hungary when I visited there in 1997.

Thanks, Pat. The poppy family seems to produce flowers in just about every colour, including those oh-so-fussy blue poppies. Fortunately, there are lots of others that are lovely but not so hard to keep alive.
